 Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) is a form of Vitamin B3 or Niacin. Your body converts NR into NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), a helper or coenzyme that is essential to many of your body’s biological processes, and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP).

Excellent value and results

I'be been taking NR instead of NMN because of firstly financial reasons and secondly, it's already clinically proven to have similar results to NMN. I always opt for capsules because the taste of the powder is just a bit too strong for my liking. I take NR every morning with trans resveratrol and I feel like I've had some good results already. My energy levels are up and also I'm sleeping better so will definitely continue to purchase.
