We have incorporated the potent anti-inflammatory effects of quercetin, spirulina, and bromelain into our proprietary sinus blend, to help aid in mucus membrane and lung health.

Quercetin and bromelain work synergistically to help lower inflammation of the mucus membranes (

source), (source) and help relax the smooth muscles of the lung, whilst spirulina at the same time helps inhibit the release of histamine from mast cells, thereby helping to lower the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

Recommended Dosage

Recommended daily dose is 1-2 (350mg)capsules daily with food.

In some people, oral supplementation of bromelain may cause adverse reactions such as:

changes in menstruation
digestive upset
an increased heart rate

Bromelain should not be used by people who have an allergy to pineapple or to other substances that may elicit an allergic reaction in those allergic to pineapple (cross-reactivity). These substances include:

grass pollen
latex
celery
fennel
carrots
wheat

Supplements like Bromelain, quercetin and spirulina may interact with medication and may not be suitable for people with certain health conditions. Talk with your doctor before incorporating them into your diet.
