About this product

-Powerful Antioxidant    -Supports Liver Health     -Aids Weight Loss

-Brain Function & Focus

Matcha Tea is widely renowned for its numerous health benefits and as such it’s popularity has increased dramatically over the past few years.
Green tea and Matcha are harvested from the Camellia sinensis plant, however both are grown differently and have a unique nutrient profile.
Matcha tea plants are covered 20–30 days before harvest to avoid direct sunlight. This increases the chlorophyll production of the plant, boosts the amino acid content, and gives the plant a darker green colouring.
Once the tea is harvested, the leaves only are ground up into the fine powder known as matcha.
Matcha contains a greater amount of caffeine and antioxidants than typically found in green tea.
Matcha is rich in catechins, which are a class of plant compound in tea that act as natural antioxidants. Matcha is said to contain around 140 times more antioxidant than regular green steeped green tea as it contains the nutrients from the entire tea leaf.
